- Responsible for staff onboarding and employment separation process
- Manage staff social insurance and housing fund
- Complete, implement, and maintain human resource policies
- Manage corporate training and career development programs
- Provide ideas and also organize team-building activities
- Create a comfortable and warm environment for our colleagues
Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience, preferably in small or medium-sized technology or Internet companies, with exposure to human resource and administrative-related work
- Familiar with the common office software
- Strong spoken and written English skills is a must
